Our house elves work tirelessly to prepare your magical merchandise. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two magical delivery methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Wizards Note: We ship worldwide (except to some remote magical communities in Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our Enchanted Return Policy
We want every purchase to feel like finding the perfect wand at Ollivanders. If your magical merchandise doesn’t meet your expectations, our Returns & Exchange policy is here to make things right—as easily as casting “Reparo”!
Return Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange—that’s longer than a Hogwarts detention!
Non-Returnable Magical Items
Some items are protected by powerful spells and cannot be returned:
- Personalized jewellery (once engraved, the magic cannot be reversed)
- Opened collectibles (their protective charms are broken upon opening)
- Digital downloads (once apparated to your device, they cannot disappear)
The Spell for Returns & Exchanges
Step 1: Send an Owl (Email)
Contact our customer service wizards within 15 days at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Our team will respond within 2 business days (faster than a Nimbus 2000) with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Any special requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely with all original packaging (like protecting a fragile potion bottle). Include:
- Completed return form (we’ll provide)
- Original tags and accessories
- Copy of your order confirmation
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Gold Returns: Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (which we’ll do with the care of examining a golden egg):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
Transfiguration: Exchange Process
For exchanges (because sometimes you just need a different magical artifact):
- Follow the return process above
- Specify your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll receive shipping confirmation for your new item
Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns (For Wizards Beyond US Borders)
International returns:
- Must include all original paperwork
- Are subject to customs regulations
- May take longer for refund processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
